Croatian born Anthony Panic has worked in London’s fast moving restaurant scene since 1987. After working in a variety of central London hot spots, Anthony was headhunted to run the groundbreaking First Floor Restaurant and Bar in 1993.
His success led Anthony to be poached by the infamous Motcombs club in Belgravia, where he was responsible for helping develop this established private members club, into a first-rate party venue and private club.
Anthony had the chance to acquire Nikita’s restaurant in Chelsea, the notorious Russian restaurant beloved by the rich and famous who like to party hard.
Anthony bought the White Horse in August 2005. A neglected ‘old boozer’, he stripped it back to it’s former glory and relaunched it as a quality restaurant and bar.
